Return or Replacement Policy For India

To help our customers with a better shopping experience we have devised a comprehensive product replacement policy. This replacement policy comprises the following criteria:
1. According to our product replacement policy, a customer has to inform us about the product defect, or wrong product delivery within the 72 hours of receiving the shipment.
2. If the product received damaged out of the parcel or wrong product is received, we will replace the product. In both cases, we will bear the shipping charges.
3. We reserve the right to refuse your refund if the product delivered to you was undamaged and accurate with regards to your choice or if we found out that the return was requested on false grounds.

Order cancellation can only be done before the payment is made. After the payment, the order can only be replaced in two cases
1.  If you receive a damaged product.
2.  If you receive the wrong product.

a. The customer will return the damaged product to us. (Shipping charges will be bear by thecustomer)
b. After receiving the damaged product we will ship the new product. (Shipping charges will be bear by the customer)
c. Or after receiving the damaged product we will send replacement products with your next order. (Shipping charges will be bear by the customer)
